The ingredient of Poke cake

  1. 440g packet Greens Golden Butter Cake
  2. 85g pkt raspberry jelly crystals
  3. Fresh raspberries, to serve

The instruction how to make Poke cake

  1. Prepare butter cake following packet directions and bake in a 20cm square pan. Set aside to cool. Trim the top.
  2. Prepare raspberry jelly crystals following packet directions.
  3. Use a chopstick to poke holes in the cake. Carefully pour in the unset jelly. Cover. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Top with the prepared icing from the packet and fresh raspberries.
