The ingredient of Chocolate brownie

  1. 180g Flora Buttery, melted
  2. 75g (3/4 cup) cocoa
  3. 350g (1 1/2 cups) caster sugar
  4. 4 drops vanilla extract
  5. 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  6. 100g plain flour, sifted
  7. 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  8. 100g dark chocolate 70% cocoa solids, chopped
  9. 1 cup chopped walnuts

The instruction how to make Chocolate brownie

  1. Preheat oven to 160u00b0C. Line a 20cm x 30cm swiss roll tin with baking paper.
  2. Mix butter and cocoa in a large bowl, then add sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix in remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into prepared tin and bake for 30-40 minutes until firm but still moist. Allow to cool completely in tin before cutting into squares.
