  1. 500g Coles RSPCA Approved Australian Chicken Thigh Fillets, thinly sliced
  2. 375g pkt Coles Australian Traditional Stir-Fry mix
  3. 150g cup mushrooms, thickly sliced
  4. 180g Coles Sweet Chilli & Garlic Stir-Fry Sauce
  5. 450g pkt microwavable brown rice

The instruction how to make Sweet chilli chicken stir-fry recipe

  1. Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Spray with olive oil spray. Add half the chicken and stir-fry for 5 mins or until golden brown and just cooked through.
  2. Transfer to a heatproof bowl. Repeat with the remaining chicken.
  3. Return chicken to the wok or pan with the vegetables and mushroom. Stir-fry for 3 mins or until vegetables are just tender. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1 min or until heated through.
  4. Meanwhile, heat the rice following packet directions.
  5. Serve the chicken mixture with rice.
