  2. 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  3. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  4. 2 teaspoons olive oil

The instruction how to make Sweet soy dressing

  1. Combine the mirin and sugar in a small saucepan over low heat and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
  2. Add the soy sauce and oil to the mirin mixture and whisk until well combined.
