  6. 500g small strawberries, hulled, halved

The instruction how to make Easy strawberries and cream mud cake

  1. Slice the cake crossways and place the bottom half on a serving plate. Spread with jam. Turn the iced top half of the cake upside down to sandwich the jam.
  2. Place the cream cheese and cream in a food processor and process until smooth. Spread over the top and side of the cake.
  3. Press the chocolate fingers onto the side of the cake. Arrange the strawberries on top and place in the fridge for 10 minutes to chill. Drizzle with warmed jam before serving.
