The instruction how to make Mashed potato

  1. Cook potato in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain. Return to pan. Mash until almost smooth. Add milk and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine. Cool for 20 minutes. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours or until cold.
