  1. 6 sebago potatoes (about 250g each), scrubbed
  2. 1 cup (250ml) creamy cheese pasta sauce
  3. 425g can tuna in brine, drained and flaked
  4. 300g can corn kernels, drained
  5. Coleslaw & snow pea sprouts, to serve

  1. Preheat oven to 200u00b0C/180u00b0C fan forced. Scrub potatoes. Use a fork to prick all over and place on an oven rack. Bake for 1u00bd hours or until tender.
  2. Make a slit in each potato and scoop out a little of the flesh. Heat pasta sauce and mix with tuna and corn kernels, drained. Evenly spoon on top of the potatoes. Top with coleslaw, snow pea sprouts and alfalfa to serve.
