  1. 2 mangoes, cheeks removed, peeled, coarsely chopped
  2. 1/2 fresh long red chilli, deseeded, finely chopped
  3. 2 cups ice cubes
  4. 80ml (1/3 cup) tequila
  5. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  6. 3 teaspoons caster sugar

  1. Place the mango, chilli, ice, tequila, lime juice and sugar in the jug of a blender and blend until almost smooth.
