  6. Creme fraiche, to serve, optional
  7. Fresh coriander sprigs, to serve

  1. Combine the polpa, beans and spice mix in an airtight container. Freeze.
  2. Defrost the bean mixture (see notes). Place in a large saucepan with a batch of the defrosted chicken. Cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes or until warmed through. Serve with sweet potato wedges, creme fraiche and coriander, if using.
