  1. 1 cup plain reduced-fat Greek-style yoghurt
  2. 1/4 cup korma curry paste
  3. 800g lamb leg steaks, cubed
  4. olive oil cooking spray
  5. warmed mini naan breads, to serve
  6. 3 tomatoes, deseeded, chopped
  7. 1 Lebanese cucumber, deseeded, chopped
  8. 1/2 red onion, roughly chopped
  9. 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  10. 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar

  1. Combine yoghurt and curry paste in a ceramic dish. Season with salt and pepper. Add lamb. Stir to coat. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, if time permits. Thread meat onto skewers.
