  1. 1 small BBQ pack
  2. Middle Eastern spices harissa,to sprinkle
  3. 500g chargrilled antipasto
  4. 50g baby rocket leaves
  5. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  6. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  7. 420g can chickpeas, drained, reserving 1/4 cup liquid
  8. 2 tablespoons tahini
  9. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  10. 1 teaspoon cumin
  11. 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  12. 1/4 cup (60ml) extra virgin olive oil
  13. Sea salt, to taste
  14. 1/4 teaspoon smoky paprika

The instruction how to make Easy BBQ with hummus and roasted vegetable salad

  1. Place the chickpeas, reserved liquid, tahini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of the oil in a food processor and process until smooth. Season with salt. Transfer to a serving bowl, sprinkle with paprika and drizzle with remaining oil.
  2. Sprinkle chops and steak from the BBQ pack with a little of the harissa. Cook chops, steak and sausages on heated barbeque grill until cooked to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, combine antipasto, rocket, oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Serve grilled meat with hummus and salad.
